Delve into the rich and diverse world of Spanish wines. From the bold and powerful reds to the crisp and refreshing whites, we will compare and contrast various styles of Spanish wine, gaining a deeper appreciation for the flavors and nuances that each bottle has to offer.
April 22: Wine Dinner
Experience a delightful evening with us as we pair exceptional Spanish wine with the famous Spanish dish, Paella. This event is limited. Given the limited number of seats, prepayment is required to secure your spot for the dinner. Payment is refundable if canceled prior to 48 hours of the event.
April 24: 101 - Intro to Spain
Discover the rich and diverse world of Spanish wines in our Wine Class 101. This class offers a general overview of the wines of Spain. Join us as we explore the different wine regions, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques that make Spanish wines so unique and delicious. This class is sure to expand your knowledge and appreciation of the wonderful world of Spanish wine. Cheers!
May 6: 201 - All About Series
Delve into the diverse wine regions of Chile, from the valleys of Maipo and Colchagua to the cool climate regions of Casablanca and Leyda. Learn about iconic varietals such as Carmenere, as well as classic Chilean blends. Discover the rich history and winemaking traditions that have put Chile on the map as a top wine-producing nation.
You will compare and contrast various styles of Chilean wine, gaining a deeper appreciation for the flavors and nuances that each bottle has to offer.
The "All About Series" will take an in depth look into the topic of the month. The focus of this class is to compare and contrast the wines side by side.

Chile has a long and illustrious history of winemaking, dating back to the 16th century when Spanish conquistadors first introduced vines to the region. Today, Chile is celebrated for its diverse terroirs, exceptional quality, and unique varietals. You will dive into the wine regions, the signature grape varietals and specific winemaking techniques.
Our 301 - Master Class Series features Certified Sommeliers Andy Durnell and Joseph Davey, along with other special guests throughout the year, in a Masters Class level deep dive into the great wine regions of the world. We will all be learning and, more importantly, tasting wines from the Great Wine Regions of the World.
