January 17: 101 - Intro to Old World vs. New World
Our 101 - Intro to Series will provide a broad/general overview of the topic without delving too deep.
January 22: 201 - All About Old World vs. New World
Our All About Series is limited to 12 students as everyone will have 6 separate glasses of wine that you will compare and contrast side by side. This class will take a more in depth look into the topic of the month, but the focus is all about experiencing the similarities and differences of the specific wines.
January 25: 301 - Master Class Series - Northern Rhône Valley
Our 301 - Master Class Series features Certified Sommeliers Andy Durnell and Joseph Davey, along with other special guests throughout the year, in a Masters Class level deep dive into the great wine regions of the world. We will all be learning and, more importantly, tasting wines from the Great Wine Regions of the World.
February 6: 201 - All About Bordeaux - Left Bank vs. Right Bank
The "All About Series" will take an in depth look into the topic of the month.The focus of this class is to compare and contrast the wines side by side.
February 8: 301 - Master Class Series - Right-Bank Bordeaux

February 19: Wine Dinner
Experience a delightful evening with us as we present a multi-course dinner featuring expertly paired dishes and our exceptional wines. Each dinner focuses on a specific wine region worldwide, and our knowledgeable wine experts will guide you through the pairings while sharing insights into what makes these wines truly exceptional. Dinners are limited to 20 guests. Join us for a culinary and cultural journey like no other!
